The MYair has a 3-in- 1 High Efficiency, Activated Carbon and Pre-Filter that captures 99.7% of 0.3 micron particles or larger on sleep mode, including pollen, dust, smoke, and dander. Plus, since it has three filtration technologies in one, you only have to worry about replacing one filter when the Filter Change Indicator is activated. I can’t believe how quiet it is; I have to double check if it is actually on. The light up feature is pretty nice for a night light also. And the timer feature is good, but I leave the unit on all the time. I’m a single woman slowly updating my first home, room by room. My dad has been helping me rip up old carpet and take down old wallpaper. I suffer from indoor allergies and this air filter has been a game changer. The most recent room we updated had 50 year old carpet stained with accidents from pets and covered in car hair. Easy set up, don’t forget to take the plastic off the filter before using it. Definitely sucks up a lot of dust and whatever is floating around. The sleep mode is super quiet. Has a nice light built in too that can be turned off.

Okay, I've gone through a full cycle on the first filter. 1 filter lasted me almost 3 months on the dot running on "High" 7 days a week, nearly 24 hrs a day. Pros: this air purifier does really well at *containing* the odors, like a litter box or pet room. We use this filter in our bathroom, since we have an alcove for our cat's litter box there. We didn't want the litter smell to permeate our bedroom, so this air purifier was purchased. It sits on the bathroom counter, and take up no more space than a standard storage container you would use on a bathroom countertop. It does well at keeping the litter smell/used litter box smell to the bathroom. Rarely does the scent drift out of the bathroom to the master bedroom or the rest of the house. The high setting does a good job at keeping the air circulating. It works well as a small-room purifier with the intent to contain a specific smell (litter, pee pads, baby diapers, etc). Cons: Jesus Christ, this thing is LOUD. I mean loud. It easily is louder than the humidifier, the bedside fan, and our TV at times. With the door mostly closed, it isn't so bad, but that thing is very loud. The "low" setting is absolutely worthless, which is why we never use it. It might as well be the sleep mode. There is no "medium" setting, which would be ideal for us for environment noise reasons. There is no odor "elimination," you definitely still know there's litter or a used litter box in the room, but it doesn't go beyond the room it's in. ... show more

This is the quietest Air Purifier I have ever used. It's a little noisy when it's on the highest setting but I set it to sleep mode and leave it on all the time and it works beautifully.
