The device I received did not function upon arrival. The system would just continuously beep and never turn on. I contacted Bissell directly to see if this could be troubleshooted but we came to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced. I am only giving this device a high review because the customer service with bissell was amazing and offered to replace the device free of charge, but please know that it may not work upon arrival when purchasing through amazon. ... show more

This is perfect for the bedroom. Night mode is really quiet but I leave it on higher cause the white noise helps me sleep. Definitely noticed a difference when the forest fire smoke hit.

Slow is too slow, fast is too fast. It needs something in the middle. We use them in areas where we can let me be loud without it being too much of an issue but it is way too loud on fast.
