We are really liking our air purifier so far. The only times it gets very noisy is when we are cooking and there is something that either creates some smoke on the stove or when we take something out of the oven. It cranks way up into the 300s for a few minutes and then calms down by itself. Otherwise it is very quiet and creates a little bit of white noise when it runs but nothing insanely noticeable. Iam using this to scrub a small lab room where analytical research is done. Don’t get me wrong I have 2 professional laminars and this is not that but I use this as an addition to scrub the ambient room environment which is approx 20x12. It’s whisper quiet on low setting and I really like the auto feature. It kicks on when needs to. Has WiFi and beefy filters, and really stylish legs which I think matches my decor. What else could one need for small spaces? On that note the room is always semi sterile already and there is NO pet or children traffic so I cannot attest to those situations.     • Good filter, reasonably quiet.
The only reason for the 4 stars is that there is no real pre filter except the cloth cover. This shortens the life of the main filter. the other version we have uses the same filter and has a thing prefilter. This allows you to take it outside and shake off the big dust and dirt. We have dogs so the prefilter would get messed up pretty frequently. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is something I knew I needed and it exceeded all expectations. I don’t know how I lived my life before it Lol. I bought in December 2021 and waited to write a review, to give my honest, and personal opinion. I will say, it’s totally worth every penny. It has definitely enhanced my life :) It’s so quiet yet soothing, as it works as a white noise to me. And I love when it kicks on a higher wear to get rid of any cooking smoke and odors, in an average of about 15-20 mins. Another thing I absolutely love- is the look of it and the app, you can see all of the details about the quality of your air and the life of the filter😍. You can’t beat it. ... show more

Purchased as my wife's health deteriorated. It helped her a lot but I changed filters every 4 months as a precaution for her and is still working well over a year later. Would definitely recommend.

    • Doesn't work as advertised, don't buy!
The media could not be loaded. If I can give this less than 1 star I would. I am now on my 3rd air filter replacement after the first 5 months of owning it. The first one wouldn't connect to my WiFi or update. The second one started buzzing loudly from the sensor on the side after 3 months of operation and wouldn't stop. The 3rd one will link up to my internet but won't update and the scheduling isn't working. I assume this has something to do with the printed MAC address on the machine not matching the MAC address that is actually connecting to my network. This is a beautiful looking machine with a beautiful display and biggest gripe with it, despite it not working as advertised, is the display can only be set to auto or off which means if it isn't getting enough light during the day, the display is off. It's a beautifully simple display with a lot of information that's useful and it's often not on because of the way the lighting is. I was drawn to this because of the style, design, and the company's record of making great products but I'm so disappointed in the product itself that I wish I could return it. As an air filter, it works great. I have a particularly dusty house due to dogs and the age of the house and this is in my bedroom. It's overkill for the size of the room but that's ok. I noticed a massive reduction in the amount of dusting I have to do in the room and the overall air quality just feels and smells better compared to the rest of the house. Customer Service has been amazing in regards to this device as far as replacements go and trying to help resolve issues but has been overall unresponsive in regards to the fact that this is my third air filter and now I have to reach out again because within 2 days of it arriving, I am plagued with the same issues as the first one. I have a lot of smart home devices on my network and even upgraded my router and no other device has any issue connecting to my internet. My router is also less than 25 feet away from the device so I do not believe connectivity or my lack of understanding technology is the issue. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and don't buy this device. The tech and connectivity is nice to have but it doesn't work and overly complicates a device that just needs to sit and do its thing without input from the user. If I could return it and buy a device from another company, I would. I can't say this enough times, steer clear of this device and buy from a different company. ... show more
