It’s perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. I recently threw out my old bed of 20+ years and bought a nicer 13 inch mattress with a metal frame in the bottom that’s exactly 14 inches in height, to raise the bed and avoid using the boxspring. Long story short whenever I make the bed half way instead of fully covered it expose the bottom of the bed where I keep my shoes and it’s mostly empty. I couldn’t really use a bedskirt normal one because I am lacking a boxspring. I could still use a stretching bedskirt variety,, but I would have to connected to the bed itself, which of course would make it extra work, making the bed in the morning. Plus run the risk of it falling off. What I did was basically connected to the metal frame itself, and it gives the illusion of having a boxspring. The back of it also has an adjustable strap on the headboard section. That you can use to tighten to get it absolutely perfect. I didn’t have to do anything. I simply bought one for the size of my bed and the distance from the ground of the from the metal frame and connect it to the metal without having adjust anything. I jump around between half way made bed with a comforter in the bottom, or fully covered. Everything has a very clean look now. ... show more

I recently bought a queen and two twin bed skirts. We have a queen bed and 2 twin XL beds and I couldn't find appropriate matching platform-style skirts in those sizes. This wrap around skirt fits great for all the beds, including the twin XL beds. My beds are single mattresses on platforms, and the wrap around skirts fit on the bed frames. I can see how they could slip off, but for me that hasn't happened at all. You know how the platform-style skirts always get tucked under the mattress when you're trying to tuck under the blankets, and you have to pull the skirts back out? That doesn't happen with these wrap around skirts. They stay put when I tuck the blankets under the mattresses. That alone makes these skirts perfect for me! ... show more

I love my new bed skirt. However, I must warn you. This only goes around three sides of the bed. I know, most beds are against the wall where your pillows go anyway, but I just thought I would throw that little bit of info out there just in case. The fourth side has two stretchy adjustable straps. As you can see in the picture, the threading is top tier. I personally purchased sheet tacs along with this just in case it tries to slide around. I am very happy with the quality and look of this product. I have a split king which can raise or lower the bed as needed. , The difficulty was when one side was raised, the bed ruffle flipped off. NOT 'slipped' off. The bed skirt took on a personality of its own and sprang into action! A word to the wise: Buy 2 bed skirts to fit each half. I installed the king on one and bought a full size to fit the other bed frame which is a twin XL. I should have purchased the queen to get about the same look in the ruffle. We have a new bed and I wanted to change the dust ruffle because I purchased all new bedding. The new latex mattress is VERY heavy and there was no way I would be able to take the mattress off to install the new dust ruffle or to take it off every time I wanted to wash it. So I was looking at the styles with elastic that goes all the way around and this worked perfectly. The height it just what I needed, it's easy to take off for washing, the fabric is a nice cotton. I took the dust ruffle right out of the dryer and folded it neatly before getting it on the bed and wrinkles were not an issue. I got the dark blue/navy dust ruffle and it works really well with the headboard that I upholstered. I also appreciate the fact that it is not very ruffled, which may be a negative for some, but it gives a more tailored look and that's what I wanted. I totally recommend this product! ... show more

The material is great, looks posh, and wrinkles came right out during 20 minutes in the dryer. But the queen size was tight, kind of skimpy, and didn't have any fullness. I had already altered it by cutting and sewing slits to accommodate my bed posts, so I ordered another one in king size and it was perfect. Actually, looks very nice. It’s easy to put on the bedframe, I ironed it first. The fabric is polyester, so don’t use a hot iron or you will melt it. The shade of pink is a bit darker than I would prefer, but it pairs well with all my pink sheets and comforters.

I can’t express what a lovely product this is, and how nice it is to easily remove it to launder. For years I would be angrily sandwiched between the mattress and springs wrestling to remove the bed skirt to clean and replace.
