I purchased this bed skirt for my king size bed for ease of flipping my mattress and washing the bed skirt. First let me say, it fits my box spring perfectly. I bought the 12" drop and I adjusted the straps as snug as possible. Although the skirt fits around the bed, I found that it still sagged in the middle of my box spring along both sides and the end of my bed causing the bed skirt to pool on the floor. I ended up purchasing bed skirt pins to secure the skirt in place along three sides of my bed. It no longer pools on the floor as you can see in my photo. The skirt arrived very wrinkled. I had to iron it on low setting to remove the wrinkles. I also had to cut slits in the skirt to accommodate my headboard as the skirt actually wrapped around the box spring at the head of my bed about a foot on each side. The fabric is thin which will be more of an issue with skirts that have a longer drop. Having only a 12" drop, it is not an issue for me. I bought the ivory color and it is true ivory / cream without any yellow undertone. Overall, the concept is great. It needed the tweaks to meet my needs. It beats having a bed skirt that lays under the box spring which is constantly shifting and has to be readjusted almost daily. ... show more

I have tried all kinds of bedskirts and they all needed to be pinned on or constantly adjusted or tucked in. It seemed like that was becoming like a part time job for me. Lol Then… I purchased this one that wraps around, has adjustable straps to hold it in place and has elastic. All three of those things make it the perfect bedskirt !! It stays in place, can order different drop lengths for different bed heights, and I put it on all by myself !! I wish I’d bought this a long time ago. This is a pretty bed skirt and the length choices were helpful, but it does have some issues... On one entire end there is an overly lengthy adjustable strap instead of bedskirt, which I didn't appreciate. I bought 2 for 2 standard size twin bed and I had to make a vertical cut to fit the skirt fully around the bed - please see my pictures. This seemed like a great idea (no more mattress lifting) but not having slits for bed posts, this did not fit right. Eventually the elastic did not keep the skirt on the box spring. Overall, not fitting as expected. Perhaps if there is not head board, this would be appropriate.

This is the second wrap-around bed skirt I have purchased. So much easier to get on than having to remove the mattress, put on the bed skirt and lift the mattress back on without shifting the skirt. The bed skirt is made well and I think it will last a long time. I could have used an extra pair of hands to put it on but managed without too much trouble. I purchased the sage queen bed skirt. The sheen is beautiful; looks like expensive taffeta. Even when the skirt is stretched over the box spring, the ruffles are visible. So far, I love it, but I don’t think it’s made for an adjustable bed. Which is fine, I plan on adding Velcro, that should do the trick I give skirt 9 out of 10.
