Sent back twice for the wrong size! Suppose to be a size 6 which is a size 37 European... both times sent me size 8 / 39 euro! Of course now there aren't any replacements either... and customer service was no help as they said they'd send out the right size right away and sent the same one again. Disappointed ... show more

Foot bed shape is nice but are very hard. I bought same size I usually do in flip flops and half size down from my normal sneaker size and I couldn’t even get my foot in them. Would probably need full size up or half size up in wide to make it work at least

These are very comfortable, I use them as house shoes. I have trouble walking around barefoot on our wood floors; my feet get really sore since I turned 50. I like Birks, but did not want to spend the money on another pair of leather ones just to bum around the house. I think these will hold up fine though. ... show more
