I have been wearing Birkenstock sandals (favorite model, Arizona) since writing an article about this footwear in the 1990's--trying to figure out what all the fuss was about them, how they are worn year-round in the Pac. NW where it rains a bit, and they are pricey. As a part of my research for the arcticle, I tried on a pair and was SOLD! these sandals are fabulous. I have been wearing them every since. I retire more used version to "inside shoes" as they get a bit worn. This particular seller offered "real" Birkenstock Arizona sandals at a great price--lower at any box store. I've had these forever. They're super comfortable, they wear like iron. And they even fit my hard to fit 8.5 Bs, which contributes to the comfort factor. If that wasn't enough, the price was in the 40s - keep in mind the purchase date.
