I moved to a house with tile floors and it was really hard on my feet. I thought these would be perfect to wear as house shoes. I know it's rather expensive for house shoes but they are worth it! They are so comfortable I bought a couple other pair to wear out of the house. One thing I will say is buy the shoe with the soft footbed!! They are much more comfortable. It just molds to your foot pattern and becomes like a custom made shoe. I do not understand why I order a size 38 or 7-71/2 and get a 8-81/2. They are still comfortable, but I have that extra length I do not need. Not a happy camper at this time. I am not sure if I will keep them or not.

Needed great arch supports, on feet all day long. These are so comfortable I don't even take them off when at home due to tile floors everywhere and they're bad on/for a person's back. Since they're suede, you can "dress" them up with puffy paint or fabric markers. Write your name on them, someone's always wanting to wear them, then don't return. This is my 2nd pair. ... show more

I ordered the N, very happy, this sandal now fits comfortably, with no sliding around. I don't remember having that option many, many tears ago when I bought my first pair. Prefer the suede straps and soft footbed and here did not disappoint. I expect these to last many years which is typical of Birkenstock. ... show more

Put these on as soon as they arrived - they're still on 5 hours later with more to go. Never need to break in these sweeties! Been wearing Birks off and on for 40+ years. I wear a 9m so ordered 40n according to the conversion chart, follow that and you'll be good to go. Enjoy!

I finally had to replace my original psirof Arizona's after 22 years (which I can still wear but the doles are almost wrn away). I wear my Berks on a regular basis, owning 3 other pair.
