So I did some hard research on the sizing because shoes are hard to find in my size anyway. I usually wear a 5-5.5 so I ordered the 4-4.5. I have heard they run large so I got a size smaller. I bought these last year for summer, they are suede and the straps changed color. I spoke to Birkenstock who said that should not have happened. Amazon is not an authorized retailer for Birkenstock either. It was sold by amazon, not a third party seller. This led me to believe that they are not authentic. ... show more

I normally wear between a 5-5 1/2 but had read that they fit big so I decided to order one size down. My feel fit great in the size 35 which is for 4-4 1/2. Love these sandals I've been wearing them constantly!
