Not a true soft foot as advertised. Standard flooring. Soft foot has more cushion and sole support. Also the brand stamp is generally blue on a soft foot. This is your typical standard Arizona which is good but it is not a soft foot sole as stated in description.

LOVE all Birkenstock shoes! Have multiple pairs in different colors and styles. My experience is to size down one size than you usually wear. I regularly wear an 8/8.5 in tennis shoes, heels, etc. which would've had me wearing a size 39. I ended up having to size down in Birks and wear their 7/7.5 or the size 38. Fits perfect with just a slight amount of space for my feet to move when I walk. My heel isn't hanging off the back, and my toes aren't sticking out the top. Literally fits me like a glove! I purchased the soft footbed Arizona. It is so comfortable and helps my foot pain a lot.Really well made and cute I am Very pleased with my purchase. I wear a 6 to 6.5 women’s shoe but in this shoe the size 36 fits me perfectly and the 37 from a previous purchase was way too big. Just FYI.

REALLY? They are Birks! This is my second pair after 20 years and decided to go back to a "cool" and hippy shoe (that must be worn with colorful socks, just my opinion). :-) All I did was check the size chart and viola, I got a perfect fitting shoe!
