The quality is great but they were delivered in the shoe box and I would have preferred they were packaged better. The box arrived damaged so I couldn't wrap them in the Birkenstock shoe box.

The shoe itself is fine. However one of the right shoe’s straps is significantly longer than the left’s. So in order for them to fit I have to tighten the one way tighter and it looks dumb.
