Great arch support
I’m having plantar fasciitis issues and as soon as I put this shoe on, there was no more pain. This lasted for a couple of days ~ it was wonderful. Then I did some extra walking and a little of the pain returned, but nothing like before I got these shoes. They have wonderful arch support, which is what I need the most. The top of the toe is something to get used to since it is a little wider than regular flip flops, but no big deal. I love the color ~ the blue (which is what I got) is like a slate blue, very attractive!! I am extremely grateful for this shoe & would highly recommend them!!! The last pair of Birkenstock’s I bought lasted about 20 years so they are well worth the price!!

Great sandals!
The first time I tried it on,I was amazed by the fit.It has adjustable buckle and that made the difference. I've other shoes where the foot bed is with good arch support and everything.but the top wouldn't fit,it would be always a little loose for me. So no matter how much I spent,I did not get the snug support I needed.With this buckle on top ,now I've the perfect overall fit. It is my go to sandals,and I can walk without my back hurting. I've back pain issues for few years now and the root cause for the pain is from my feet.so it is very important that I wear supportive shoes and this is the best so far.I bought this in onyx color and I'm really happy with the color.

These are all I wear!
This was my first pair of Birkenstocks. When I first put them on they were very rigid and I didn't think I would like them. They ended up being the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own. I wear them every day. I spend a lot of time in the pottery studio which has plain concrete floors. My back would be killing me by the end of the night because of the lack of support. I started wearing these sandals to the studio and the support they provided stopped my back pain. I actually prefer walking in these more so than tennis shoes! I have received a lot of compliments from others on these shoes and all are shocked to hear they are Birkenstocks.

Favorite sandals
Okay, I’ll be honest, these aren’t the best looking shoes but I’ll tell you, they are so COMFORTABLE! I have very high arches and have always been plagued with ankle issues and Achilles tendinitis. No more with these. My first pair lasted two years and I just received a new one. At work, I’m on my feet a lot and these give me all the support I need.

Most comfort and loads of compliments!
This style is the best for my feet! I had bilateral endoscopic plantar fasciotomy surgery and my feet are very sensitive and prone to swelling and stiffening up. These shoes have been the absolute best and I have now gone through 3 pair in 5 years with wearing them every single day (snow forces me to hobble to and from the outside to the inside and then put them on immediately)!

very comfortable
I found the shoes to be very comfortable . The sizing was accurate . I wear a womans 9-9.5 M , that leaves the required one quarter inch in front and back of foot . The Berki Flor strap material is comfortable and pretty, just not the same feel as leather , but that would cost you another 30.00$ . They are worth the money .If the straps were leather I would have given 5 stars .

Comfortable Sandals!
I wore these shoes on a month-long Europe trip. I wore them every day and walked quite a bit. They gave me blisters between the toes for three days, but were very comfortable for the entire rest of my trip! I love them. The metallic Onyx color goes with everything, but isn't too shiny. Definitely worth buying.

Too Big!
I bought these shoes before trying them on. I know I wear a size 40 in Dansko so I figured a size 40 was the same everywhere. I was so far off. The shoes were about an inch too big. They also were a different color than what was represented in the picture. I think they used some strange lighting when they took the pic because the shoes I got were silver. In the pic they looked to be a bluish black. Amazon was awesome and let me return the shoes without having to pay postage.
