Size: 7-7.5 Narrow Women/5-5.5 Narrow Men Color: Habana Oiled Leather
According to the Birkenstock sizing chart, I would wear a size 39 but those were an inch too long for me. Also, I find that their medium width sandals are way too wide. So I ended up with size 38 N (narrow) for my US size 8.5 medium width feet. They fit perfect! And the fit is really important to get right with these sandals. When you get the correct fit, it's true what others say in regards to relieving foot pain. I have very high arches that constantly ache. They don't hurt any more! I can wear these sandals all day long and my feet feel great. No arch pain, no cramping in my toes and my knees no longer hurt. I live in these sandals. I wear them to work, I wear them on weekends. I wear them everywhere. I wish I'd bought these years ago. I love the Habana oiled leather. The amalfi leather is more visually appealing (if you love leather) but I found it to be way too stiff. The Habana is a bit softer, still takes some breaking in at first but very comfortable after a few wears. These sandals are worth every penny. ... show more

I find that Birkenstock run on the small side. I generally wear a 7.5 -8 in shoes. However I purchase a 37 in Birkenstock which is their equivalent of a 6-6.5. The width fits great, Id say like a medium width. The silver color is even better in person. I will say as with all Birkenstock they do require a break in period. They have a raised toe bar which is helpful for gripping the shoe when walking. When you first wear the shoes you may find the bar a bit uncomfortable. The midsection of the sole has a raised arch to help with weight distribution. And the heel cup is lower for added support. My recommendation is to wear the shoes for short periods of time around the house before you wear them for the day. It will help mold the foot bed to your foot and give time to break them in. I have had plantar fasciitis for years on and off. I find that Birkenstocks are my go to shoes for relieving pain and helping the healing process. I highly recommend them. I will not that if you have flatter feet these may not be the best style for you due to the raised arch. ... show more

I bought EU size 40 (US size 9). It definitely fits like a size 9.5, or maybe even a 10. I wouldn't definitely size down, even if you have wide feet. I am constantly having to remove pebbles from my feet or making sure that these don't come off. Otherwise, quality is off the charts. Love the look of Birks and they mold well to your foot. I just have an extra inch of space that prevents the fit from being perfect. ... show more
