  • Pass on this item if you have thunder thighs
Good for working short periods of time while In bed. I put 2 stars for leg space because I could hardly put my legs under it but honestly I think it’s just my thunder thighs.

  • It broke but was easy to fix.
It is very good overall, but one of the end pieces on the bottom broke off. this is because the legs rest up against it and it is only glued in place. I put a couple of screws in the ends and I've been using it for months and it is fine now. But if you don't have such skills, you might end up with something broken you can't use. I would also suggest the manufacturer make the magnet that holds the table top down be more powerful. Other than that the quality is nice and it looks great.p ... show more

  • Great for Freelancers!
This thing is GREAT! Super glad I got one. I do some freelance graphic design at home on my off time and usually do so in bed or on the couch. The legs are a great height but the convenience of folding them under also make it versatile enough to just sit on my lap or on a pillow in my lap. Lovely bamboo and finish. The material allows my laptop to adequately cook itself. The ONLY minor negative is I wish the drawer was a little bigger. It fits a few pens and a sticky note pad but I had hoped it could’ve fit my Magic Mouse. Other than that, great buy! ... show more

  • Works great for putting my laptop on when I game in ...
Arrived as expected. Works great for putting my laptop on when I game in bed (yeah, I'm lazy). Lots of people had complaints about the quality. Things appeared to be as expected to me, there weren't any rough surfaces, no unusual cracks in the wood. It wasn't bad...it wasn't the best I've ever seen either but it wasn't unreasonable. However...I have a 15.6 laptop. This fits, but hangs off the part of the table that leans. I don't really use the leaning feature because I don't necessarily need to. It seems like the lean might be too much for my laptop (though it could just be a preference). It realistically doesn't really have room for a mouse on the side table anyway, but especially not because of the width of my laptop. I had two problems with this item. The legs appear to be just fitted together. One popped out.... no adhesive, no fastener, nothing. This isn't the first time I've seen a product like that, I was just surprised. The other problem.... this item has zero fasteners or catches. The legs fold in and appear to hold themselves in, but there are no catches or latches or fasteners so once the legs are folded in, if you grab it by the end and try to walk with it the drawer flies open (not good if you actually want to put something in there). If you grab it by the end with the drawer, then the leaning table flies open. There is nothing that holds these moving parts down. I will probably never use the drawer because I want to be able to fold the legs in and tuck this under my bed. UPDATE: I went home and decided to use this l last night. The piece of wood between the legs literally just fell out when I was putting it away. Figures. UPDATE 12/21/17: This fell apart a week ago. After using it a few times a month, I went to use it last week and suddenly there was something gritty in my bed. The entire side piece came off and the whole thing fell apart after that. I'm not going to change my three star rating, but this lasted less than a year. ... show more

  • Neat and easy
The laptop bed tray is fun and sized appropriately to fit over your lap/legs in bed. It has enough top space to allow you to put up your laptop, and to elevate it at different heights comfortably while still having a flat writing area beside it. Its construction is sturdy enough for its intended use, and the color is pleasingly neutral. If you have need of such a thing this is a good one to get. And at the price I felt comfortable. • Great buy
I'm 5'2" and can use this as a standing desk adjustment on the shorter dining table and taller office desk. I don't think anyone taller would be very comfortable at the dining table but I guess someone up to 5'6" could be comfortable at a work desk using this as a standing desk. It's sturdy and the angles for propping up a book are all excellent. I was able to combined the propping with a weight to hold open a book. Very pleased with this purchase. Trying it in bed it is very stable. It fits my 17", 7.5 lb mobile workstation with an extra two inches each side. ... show more

  • Nice Solid REAL Wood!!!
Nicely made of solid wood & fairly sturdy. Wish it had a way to lock legs because they fold under easily with the slightest bump or nudge. Delivered quickly and well packaged. Came completely assembled and is easy to change the angle for table or laptop use.

  • Good buy but not perfect
This is a sturdy little bed desk. Like others have said it does come with some splinters that need to be smoothed out before use. I did find using a old pair of jeans was sufficient as I didn’t have sand paper on hand. The “drafting table” feature is nice for drawing but makes it so the table doesn’t lay totally flat when closed. This doesn’t bother me much but worth noting. The legs don’t lock so if you want to move the table while in use it will collapse on one side. Again still able to work around it but worth noting. It makes a good food tray (be careful with liquids) and can be used nicely for zoom calls by phone and laptop. ... show more
