This product just works. I've seen some reviews on here claiming it have a yeast infection. Things to note about what is in this product * This product contains a probiotic bacteria blend. If you have an imbalance in your PH it can and will cause symptoms similar to YI when you first start. YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT! Don't just use once and then give up because you are uncomfortable. There is a reason you are even trying this in the first place. I'm willing to bet it's because of discomfort and itching or yeast. This will work but you have to give it a chance or won't cute you in 1 go. It slowly restores your natural ph to what it should be. It works wonders when you use it regularly. I had YI's consistently for most of my life when I've been sexually active. Over the counter creams like Monistat helped, but burned considerably and the YI's always came back. My PH is very sensitive. Sometimes I even wondered if I was allerguc to men, lol. I was getting them MONTHLY for years and no doctor or over the counter medicine could change that statistic... until THIS product. Even after I stopped eating sugars and drinking wine, my YI/candida symptoms continued. But the over the counter creams and suppositories were unpleasant. On day one, they burned me so bad I bled. But these suppositories are a GODSEND! They are so gentle and effective. Not only do they wipe out my symptoms on day one, they lubricate so well and make me feel truly healthy. It's like using a moisturizing mask on the vagina. I would say these are helpful for when you're suffering from symptoms of a YI, BV, or even a UTI. But also any irritation or dryness. I have tried many natural remedies as well, but they often made my symtoms worse. These are so gentle and work perfectly with my PH. May I suggest a few tips to help you also become YI FREE? 1. Wash after intercourse. This may seem obvious, but sometimes we go to sleep afterwards and that's when bacteria can really grow. 2. Avoid any harsh soaps in the genital area. 3. Wear lose 100% cotton underwear only, no tight g-strings/thongs. If you have to, wear 100% cotton thongs with your outfit and then change into your sweet prairie girl loose panties when you get home. 4. Use these suppositories on DAY ! of symptoms and continue for 2-3 days at least 5. Don't wash and flush this product out of your body. Just gentle splay around it in the shower. 6. Try to cut out processed sugars. Replace with coconut sugar, real maple syrup, and honey. And be careful with alcohol consumption, as this aggrivates your PH. 7. Make sure you are well prepared/naturally lubricated before sex so there is less chance of tearing and irritation. 8. Avoid or be very careful or artificial lubrication. EVen the coconut oil one gave me a YI. 9. Limit time in chlorinated pools and when you do use them, use this product afterwards. Chlorine is very hard on the PH. 10. If you have chronic issues like I did, consider getting on a regular dose of D_Mannos with cranberry and hibiscus capsules to better support your urinary track and vaginal flora. I use YALE D-MANNOSE and it's helped so much. 11. Drink extra water when you feel irritation down there. 12. Pray for God's blessings on your health. Hope this helps! If you are hesitant about the costs, consider this a vaginal spa treatment and perfect alternative to painful medications. My husband loves this product because it keeps me sexually active. He's willing to pay anything for it. I wish all medications were this gentle. Also there is no scent to this product, which is ideal. My vaginia does not apreciate any essential oils or perfumes. Menopause hit me HARD. I even have a prescription for vaginal estrogen, but it is so sahara desert and itchy down there. I think the whole ecosystem is disrupted. These suppositories work really well to keep me from being itchy. They are pricey, but it's hard to put a price on comfort. If you put a whole one in, do it before you go to bed - it can be messy.     • Good product needs its own applicators
I love the idea of the product and I feel it does work! However the packaging of it is odd and creates a mess sometimes when trying to open. It also doesn’t fit in the applicator’s. It should come with it’s own applicators.

I was hesitant to purchase this item because people said it was difficult to insert. If you keep it in the refrigerator insertion is no problem. I also had no problems with excessive discharge like others said, probably because it is inserted cold/firm and not liquid. I only used it one night and I already feel better. I was excited to try this product because of the good reviews, the ingredients, and the claim of balancing & nourishing the vaginal microbiome. To my utter horror, after only one use, it gave me a raging yeast infection! Irritation, burning, itching.....ugh!!!!! Its been years since I've had a yeast infection. Haven't had one since my early 20s, so this came on as a total unwelcome surprise. The ingredients seem good but my guess is, since I've used vaginal PRObiotics before, the PREbiotics totally messed up the balance in my vagina. I am finally getting it under control with oral probiotics, herbs etc. thank God! Please be aware this could be an issue for you too. I was in such horrible discomfort and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. Please read all the reviews before you purchase these. UPDATE: My suggestion: There are so many vaginal suppositories on the market now. Most are very expensive. Its ridiculous! Way too expensive for me anyway. What I've been doing over the last year is making my own. I purchased suppository molds on Amazon (the cheapest) and mix, melt and fill them with wonderful organic ingredients then pop them in the fridge and they are ready to use in about an hour. I've saved so much money doing this plus I know the exact ingredients and they work extremely well for me!! There are many recipes online (just one of my favorites is made of coconut oil, shea butter, vitamin E, Hyaluronic acid, sea buckhorn oil, Illipe nut butter, bees wax and sometimes I add some probiotic and a drop of jasmine essential oil ). To save money buy the smallest amount of ingredients at first because a little goes a long way. Do your research and find out what ingredients works best for your situation. Also, taking sea buckhorn oil and D-Mannose orally daily helps too!! So, give this a try. I hope this helps you as much as me. 😊 ... show more
