Monitor works as intended. I wanted a 5-display setup at work, so I got 2 of these portable monitors and separately got a Thunderbolt USB-C to dual HDMI adapter. I like that the monitor sits low. It comes with an adjustable metal kickstand and a nice placemat holder, so you have options for positioning. Resolution is good, not great. When I change the Windows display setting to 100%, the taskbar icons and any open applications appear a little small. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

I had issues with this monitor, but I remembered that the box came with a note that they are very serious about customer satisfaction, and they did not lie! They fixed the issue immediately and without question. Would recommend this product for that reason alone!

I purchased this monitor to replace my smaller extended monitor that only needs to plug in via a USB cord to my laptop. But this laptop not only plugs in using an HDMI port, but it also needs to plug into the wall outlet and the plug it comes with is very short. Does not work well for working out at a client’s. But the quality of the display is very crisp.

First of all, I love my monitors. Screen size is perfect and they travel so easily for my remote working style that takes me all over the world. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a light, portable, and still very useful multi-screen setup (as seen, I have 2). Even more importantly is the service. The team behind Bimawen is responsive, helpful, and very kind when it comes to any issues you may have. I was incredibly impressed with the level and speed of service I was given when I had an issue, which was responded to and handled right away. Big fan.

Generally, this isn't a bad monitor. If you do work where color isn't crucial, this is a great monitor and would be great for traveling! However, I do a lot of graphic design work, so color is crucial for what I do. It definitely wasn't a horrible picture, the colors were just dull. I spent a few hours playing with the settings and just couldn't get it to do what I needed. After some online research, I found that it was because it wasn't a high enough resolution, which made me realize I should've just done the 2k one. I haven't tried that one, though, so not sure if it's actually better. I just kept thinking that the colors looked washed out no matter how I changed the settings. Additionally, I didn't care for the cover/stand it came with because it doesn't actually connect to the monitor, and I was having trouble getting it to stay standing, but it was alright.

I've spent endless hours trying to adjust the color and screen display on this portable monitor. First, of all, it was so dark and my only option was to turn the backlight up. The color is way off and I've calibrated and reset it a bunch of times. Colors that ate supposed to be white are like beige and colors that are supposed to be blue are a gray-green and yellow looks brown. Colors are not vivid, not even on the vivid setting and are just very faded. I can't even use the vivid setting because our makes everything darker in color, except green, which comes across has fluorescent green! Also, words, fonts and text are extremely blurry. And wording is broken up and faded (it should be black, bit looks like a pixelated gray-blue). It's horrible cuz I need this for work. Also, it's advertised as a portable computer or laptop monitor, but when I hook it up, the display setting states that it's a TV. If that's the case, that would explain the blurry text, and I didn't actually receive what was advertised and what I paid for, which was way overpriced for this poor quality product! I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this monitor, if it's even really a monitor or the product I thought I was buying.
