I installed these on my 2018 F-150 Limited. With the 0-2 inch height adjustment I was able set it to the 2 inch setting and remove the spacers i was using with the stock setup. You will need snap ring pliers to make the height adjustment change. Installation was relatively east for my truck. My opinion Bilstein is a top quality product and a great value and the fit is perfect. Very sturdy. They will stiffen your ride a bit but you lose some of the body roll in turns.
