Once applied to the bike, it's very durable and looks great! Getting it onto the bike takes some patience and has a slight learning curve. This was quite easy to install once I got the hang of it. Be sure to watch the video. When I started, I was using too much water -- use a very small amount of the finest mist you can get. You're looking for "there might be some water there..." vs "i can see the droplets". Once you hit it with the hair dryer, it almost melts onto the bike frame. Product is easy to cut and shape. Make sure to round the corners.

Great Product!

This wrap offers better protection compared to competitors like RideWrap. I've used both and speak from experience. However, there is a trade off. Due to the additional thickness/protection comes the additional challenge of getting this product to lay flat on curved surfaces. So it requires more patience and time to install. IMHO it's worth it, if you are like me and your riding style requires the best protection. For first time install, I recommend getting one of the patterns which easily covers up any air pockets which typically develop from any frame wrap DIY install. This one is more prone to air pockets, again due to stiffness. Any sections where you are heating the wrap up to stretch in order to make it fit flat will likely pull up creating a air pocket, given time. So creating relief cuts along all curve surfaces is the key to getting this to lay flat and stay flat against the frame. Make templates for proper fit before cutting up your wrap.

Amazingly durable frame protection with looks to match!

Overall 4.5 stars. Quality of the materials 5 stars The reason for a 1 star deduction is: 1. The squeegee is tiny and you will need a larger one. 2. There’s not enough material in one roll to do the top tube, down tube and rear triangles let alone seat post or anything else. This is a very thick material and much more heavy duty than I expected. This stuff is bb proof. Installation is tedious and you need to have patience and experience with applying vinyl will be a huge bonus. Over all I’m happy with how well it applied with my bike. The black topo looks incredibly good and subtle on my already matte dark grey “magic bolt” black frame. I had to order a second roll to finish my rear triangles and seat post. Otherwise it’s a great product. I highly suggest you have good lighting in the area you are going to apply. I did not and discovered some air bubbles I couldn’t see until it was done.

I can’t speak to longevity yet because I only got it installed today, but I love the way it looks, and how much of the bike it covers. Way more than my $85 factory wraps. It took me a while to get it installed because I wanted it to look perfect. The cutting and dry fitting took the longest by far. The actual installation was a breeze. The design looks great and it is subtle in certain areas where the color fades to a dark purple. I like the effect. Just follow the video and you won’t be disappointed. It gave new life to a fading and peeling old wrap.

Patience = Perfection

Really awesome product! It takes some doing and patience but if you have any experience with applying wraps or graphics it’s not hard at all. I got it all done with a pencil, scissors, exacto knife, heat gun, and an hour and half time. I ride an XL and I still have some wrap left over after doing the top tube, bottom tube, triangles, and seat post. The key is not to rush it. Awesome product!

Thick and durable. Cut to any shape you like. Tends to capture air bubbles on otherwise smooth surfaces. It has a small tool for that, but it's more work than other brands fighting bubbles. There is a grid printed on the back, but it's not centered, so the straight lines are not useful- still need a ruler to cut in equal sizes. It appears to stick fine without a heat gun, which is good, because many people do not have one. It's expensive, but I feel it will last the bike.

Take your time installing.

Came out looking quite nice. It is a bit of a process to apply it and I ended up with a few air bubbles. But all in all I'm happy with it.

Just avoid - too difficult and low quality
Color: Dragon Scale Matte
The ease of use is awful. This is a very hard and very thick plastic, not a pliable plastic rubber-y type film. I’ve put a few frame protectors on, the expensive kind that aren’t available on Amazon and I’d recommend looking into getting one of those instead. Spend a bit more money and save the headache of using this low quality product. Since none of this is precut and it comes with separate templates and they have to be taped onto the plastic and you have to very slowly an patiently work the cutting out with an exacto knife which LITERALLY takes several HOURS to do all of it. The application of it takes a couple hours too and can’t be done without a heat gun and lots of patience. The versatility of being able to fit different types of frames is also really bad. I got the dragon scale design and The roll I got had weird white blemishes in it. It wasn’t paper backing, it’s just poor quality control from the company.
