Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was exactly what I was looking for when it came to clips for the camper awning. We wanted to hand string lights from the camper awning and/or canopy tent and these were perfect. We actually have two ways we can use these. Either use the clip side to clip onto the light and then use the hanger side to hand on the inside poles of the canopy/awning or put the lights around the hand and clip anywhere we wanted. We use them both ways. They are super small, but are actually better because they blend in well so you cannot see the clips very much. Durability: These stand up to the weather on either the awning or canopy--very durable and resistant. None of them have chipped paint or change color since we got them several months back. Value for money: I'm not sure how many we received with this pack, but it has always been more than enough for our use. We have many left over after we hand lightly. I even hung a sign on the outside of the canopy one with these clips. Very strong.

Clip for pole was smaller than expected so was unable to use them to hold a photography backdrop. However, they worked great to secure the bottom of my gazebo curtain to ground stakes to prevent wind from blowing curtains up. The clip seems to hold the hem of the curtains securely and the hook end fits around the top of the stake. Update/Post Note: the hook end will need to be squeezed shut with pliers for this use because a strong wind did remove them from the stakes, but the part attached to the hem of the curtains still held tight.

This is an inexpensive fix for privacy while car camping. The clips are strong with teeth and a gap to slide a cord through, if desired. The hook tucks in easily (and without damage) where the headliner meets the interior moulding and a few other strategic spots to hold the lower edge. I bought car curtains and was thoroughly disappointed. Those were over priced and cheap material --and were returned. These clips will be a super time-saver. I put 3 around both front side windows, 4 around both back side windows, and 3 along the tailgate opening (may add more there for better coverage). I can leave the clips in place without any fabric obstructing my vision while driving. And when needed, they are good to go. I do a lot of road trips and sometimes have sudden onset of overwhelming sleepiness. With this setup, i could clip a shirt, lightweight microfiber towel, or even a trash bag, if need be, for quick privacy or sun protection. Catching a fews Z's in a rest area under a high pressure sodium light is ideal for safety, not ideal for sleep---unless you can block that light. These clips are the solution I was looking for--I am SUPER excited for this space-saving, time-saving, money-saving fix.

These work excellent to hang our patio lights on our camper's awning! We've also used them to hang tarps and canopy sidewalls and a projector screen on the awning too. They are handy little lifesavers when you need to hang something where typical clamps or hooks are not plausible. The grip is pretty good too! They held the projector screen and sidewall pretty well when we got some nasty storms with winds. We had one pop off the awning and it didn't leave behind any damage to the awning, thankfully. They don't seem to show any signs of wear from exposure to the elements so far either. They are not all that big, but they are definitely durable!
