I walk a mile to work at night through an unlit area and the cane is not only sturdy and comfortable, the light is comforting and alows me to see not only where I am but a ways in front of me as well. I feel stable and much safer using this cane. It's sturdy yet light cane with a comfortable grip and it comes with both a single tip end and a four cornered base end for extra balance. It looks good and most importantly it's the right height which was hard to find. An extra bonus is that it has a light. Easy to travel with because it folds up and has its own case. He looks much better when he uses it because he stands up straight and can walk much better with confidence.

Had a terrible fall, after months of a wc and walker - time to move on to a cane - found Big Alex - awesome piece of equipment. Came in a nice bag all folded up for travel, with a separate tip - I have the 4 sided tip so my cane stands. It is completely adjustable for height, has a very sturdy feeling. The flashlight is what sold me -it has three settings- straight forward, down and a combo of both using 2 AA batteries. I have it next to my bed and I can easily get up at night, turn the light on and get to the bathroom without turning on overhead lights to see. It is good for walking during darker times outside bc you are easily to be seen or to see at night. Love the color choices. The only small issue was that a couple times when the cane fell the spring in the battery compartment shifted and I had to reset the spring to get the light to work, but I would definitely buy again or add to the collection. I have had many people comment and ask about the cane and where to purchase!

The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful cane except this is the 2nd time I have had to return it due to the flashlight malfunctioning. It’s a great tool to have at night when I get up to go to the bathroom but the flashlight goes off when you take a step and the cane taps the ground. Kind of makes it no better than a regular cane just heavier because of the additional flashlight. I got the purple one.I very much like it, and it’s fine in every other way. It is sturdy, attractive, and useful, but I think I’ll have to go back to using a regular cane and carry my flashlight separately. I had such high hopes for this cane.

I bought this for a friend and couldn’t be happier. The lights are the best part - and seem to be helpful for navigating stairs or dark pathways. The cane is sturdy and has an adapter to allow it to be self standing and sturdier for those needing addition support. It closes up nicely into a easily transportable size - similar to a small retractable umbrella.

Love a cane? Never thought I'd say yes to that! This one is great... I love it! Light weight but strong, goes down low enough to be comfortable for me. The others I had tried were supposed to be fine for my 5'2" self, but at 33" were not comfortable and didn't make me feel balanced Like this one does at a lowest setting of 31". I'm amazed how much difference those 2" made. The grip is great, and the 3-way lights are just super! Not only good for outdoors, but great for indoors in case the electricity should go out. Could I use a flashlight or my phone flashlight and cane at the same time? Sure, but how very nice and safer to have one hand free. I also appreciate that they included the monopad single tip as well as the quad. The tote bag is easy to use and a quality feeling fabric... Nice!!!
