I WILL NOT BE SEEKING A REFUND. Product is novelty that's it. Couldn't even use either of the orifices, lower legs block motion, legit orifice's are 4" depth and doll verified weighs13 pounds, material feels legit HOWEVER, if you were to use either cavity, whatever is probing that cavity, it will stretch almost thru material in the back of doll near base of 'spine'. Lastly, and I will upload a photo, there is a 'plug' of some sort on the right side of the shaft perhaps where the silicone is injected, it literally is showing the outline of plug and has already shown itself to be pulling apart, WITHOUT USE. Concept is unique but it truly is a fail for all of the intended uses or what its intended use was designed. Product needs a ton more development to figure out balance to weight as you must use both hands to use, cleaning takes planning, not an easy doll to use. The shaft works perfectly as intended but again the balance of the entire piece is just simply off.
