my husband was so excited to use this, within an hour of using it one wheel broke off, like plastic cracked and completely broke. and then a short while later a 2nd wheel did the same. my husband is not a large man, 200lbs and was not using it for anything other than laying under the vehicle. very disappointed with the quality. we also reached out to the manufacturer as is the process for filing a complaint with this item and never heard back. A very nice creeper, the assembly is pretty straight forward. It would be better with 6 wheels as it can be easy to upend if you don't have your weight on it right. It rolls very smooth and is comfortable in the support it offers.
