Even works on slightly texture shower walls. And i will say i have been able to get past that spot... and well, this is the only toy i will be using from now on. Plus, the textured veins? My suction cup works decently, I guess I lucked out and didnt get a deformed one like some others. It does stick of chemicals, and has a slightly sticky texture to it. It also is VERY textured with little divots and ridges that can make it difficult to clean. I would definitely recommend using a condom with this toy if you decide to go with it. Otherwise its rigid enough, I love the size, and its firm but not painfully so, making it easy to back up on.
