Every single time I tell myself go for the good deal on razors, I remember why there are just certain thing you are best spending the extra money on. No matter how many times I use a single one of these razor, it cuts up my legs EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was voicing my frustration with my sister and she has the EXACT same issue with these BIC razors. No matter how soft you try, you will leave the shower with at least 7 micro cuts that will bleed. I used two before buying my old Venus razors again. So trying to save money on these actually meant I spend $6 on razors that will live in my bathroom unused until I don’t care about that $6 anymore and accept just throwing them away. 😂😂😂 Lesson learned, hopefully I don’t forget and do it again in a few years. ... show more

Can't believe I'm actually writing a review about disposable razors but here goes. I started using these razors after I added them to my Subscribe and Save. They are the absolute worst! No lie, I have cut myself more with these razors in 6 months than I have ever cut myself in the entirety of the rest of my life. I mean, good grief, there has never been one use that I have not come away with a cut! I finally deleted them from my Subscribe list and changed to a different brand. I was hesitant on ordering these off of Amazon because of the user reviews. I have been using these razors for years and I mean they are cheap and do what they have to so in my book they are good. The reason I NEED to review is because of the packaging. Many people have stated their razors came open and basically a mess. I ordered these with a few other products. So delivered, was an original amazon box and within the box my other products as well as a BIC box which contained my razors. They were perfectly packaged and I really thought the BIC box was cute. Not sure why, but I cut myself horribly with these. I'm not a newbie to shaving, nor particularly clumsy, but I cut a several-inches long gash into my thigh with these. Will not be using again.

I use these razors regularly so I decided to order them in bulk and save some trips to the store. When the package arrived the plastic container open and the razors were all out and some of them were missing their protective cover over the razor blades.

Holy hell, these are SHARP. I experimented and tried it on my long but thin arm hair, and it was shaving it WITHOUT water or cream. I didn't even need to make contact with my skin to cut the hair. In the shower, they gave me the smoothest and quickest shave I have ever gotten. With other razors, it usually takes me about 15 minutes just to cover my entire arm. This one was over in about 5. Same goes for my other arm and legs. However, the effect didn't last long. By the second session a few days later, my skin started to feel irritated. It was still working though, so I kept using it. By the third session a few days after that, it was hell. Every single slide down my skin was absolute torture. I had to take a breather every few strokes cause my sensitive, bumpy skin couldn't handle it. I couldn't finish an arm and did the bare minimum to finish my legs. I think it might be because the moisture strip started to come off by the second session, but that's not good either. Keep in mind I used both soap AND shaving cream during these sessions. I love these razors. Easy to hold with the ergonomic design. I can get about 10 or so shaves with them on the finer hair body parts and more like 5 on courser hair. It helps to not leave them in the shower to reduce the constant exposure to water and humidity which can tarnish and weaken the blades and make them more prone to dulling and rust (however I do tend to leave mine in my shower anyway for convenience). There's no moisture strip along the leading side of the blade (often found on razors like Venus and the Bella Soleil collection), so that helps with a smother shave since there's less bulk between skin and razor, but that also means you're more likely to get razor burn if you don't use a shave gel or cream. I rarely use any other type of razor and was happy to find them for a bargain on Amazon. ... show more
