We ordered 2 mirrors for our remodeled master bath. Easy mounting system and solidly made. After a couple of months, we noticed the silvering on one of the mirrors was damaged. I had used only water and a microfiber cloth made especially for glass to clean the mirrors as instructed. I contacted the seller through Amazon explaining the issue, including a photo of the damaged item. I heard back from the seller within an hour, stating they would send a replacement mirror at no charge and I did not have to ship the defective mirror back to them! We received the replacement mirror in less than a week! Great customer service! What a pleasure to do business with this seller!

Very nice. We only received 2 of the 3 mirrors ordered. There was an issue with shipping. However, we like the rounded corner design and the mounting bar made mounting very easy, since the mirrors are heavy.

Love the clean lines and modern yet rustic look of this mirror. We remodeled our bathroom with a rustic/modern/spa vibe, and this mirror was perfect for it! We got the 30x40 in silver. The silver is like a brushed/muted silver, it's not chrome or shiny. Our other accessories are brushed nickel, but the nickel mirror seemed to have too much "gold" or "champagne" tone for me, so we went with the silver and it matches perfectly with the brushed nickel accessories.

The mirror had mounting clip glued on the back of the mirror. I purchased three mirrors and all of them had the clip glued in an angle. This caused the gap between the mirror and clip too small for other clip to slide in. I was going to request exchange but the seller requires buyers to ship the product in their own expenses. The cost to send the mirror was close to $100. As an alternative, I ended up buying thinner clip so it will slide in to the narrower gap. I like the design and of the product. But cannot agree with its return/ exchange policy.
