I purchased the 30" x 36" version of this mirror because it was the largest that I thought I could install alone. It turned out to be a correct decision. These mirrors are beautifully made, and they are thick and heavy. Installation calls for measuring for a horizontal hanging bar on the wall above the sink. This was accomplished with a tape measure and a bubble level in a few minutes. I arranged the hanging bracket so that the mirror rests on the vanity backsplash. It is easier to clean the mirror than it is to repaint the wall under the mirror. Painting around mirrors never looks right. That is one of the reasons that I chose this mirror. When it is time to paint, you just lift the mirror off the wall. The whole job was complete, including hanging the mirror, in 30 minutes. Be aware of the fact that there will be a small gap behind the mirror because of the bracket, perhaps 1/4". It doe not sit flush to the wall. This mirror is just the right size for most bathroom vanities, and I am going to buy three more for the other bathrooms in our home. They come very well packed, and this mirror size when packed was about all that I could safely handle alone. ... show more

First the good: It's a beautiful mirror and looks great against my wall. For a mirror with a pencil edge, the price is excellent. I was worried about shipping a mirror so large. (I bought the 30' x 36".), but It came without any damage. Despite the negatives, I'd buy it again, which is why I give it 5 stars. Now the bad: The hanging bracket is difficult to use. We had a lot of trouble getting it to be perfectly level, but with persistence it's possible. Also, it doesn't sit perfectly flush to the wall. There is about 3/8 of an inch between the back of the glass and the wall. Maybe that's how it has to go with a frameless mirror. Having the mirror in relief from the wall is actually starting to grow on me. ... show more

Mirror arrived with no damage to the box. The package is really great! I stored it to use if we ever move. Hangs by a french cleat. Very easy to install. The mirror was free of scratches and chips. I used it as a backsplash behind the stove and it fits perfectly!! It was cheaper and easier to install than tiling the wall which is a bonus. The reflection is nearly perfect! I purchased a mirror from better bevel previously so when I needed a mirror for my home gym I knew where I was getting it..the mirror is flawless and on top of that there was an issue with the shipper and Ronda at better bevel stepped up and fixed it immediately even though it was no fault of better bevel...I will never get a mirror from anywhere else..It’s refreshing to know that there is still companies that truly care about the customer!!!!!!!! ... show more

This is a top-quality mirror at an attractive price. Excellent protective packaging. The mounting system is simple, effective and secure aluminum extrusions. A nice touch is that the mirror mountings are already firmly attached to the mirror for both portrait and landscape orientation.
