Took me 1hr 30min to install. Great fit and look in my opinion. Instruction manual is pretty grainy but I figured it all out. Well built and pretty easy to install. I could put a 2nd one together in less than 40 min next time. Fits my 2019 Ram 1500 w/5.7Hemi - Limited trim.

This rollbar is sturdy, just like the BlackHorse brush guard I installed. Installation on my 2010 Tundra went well; wiring the lights (separate purchase) was the difficult part. I suggest tilting one side up to make it easier to fish the wires down the tube (there is a hole at the top and one at the bottom of driver's side). Also, if you're using cables with multiple wires inside, remove the outer jacket to make more room to go through the holes (rubber grommets are included). I installed two switches with relays: one for inside lights and one for outside lights. I'm using them as work lights, so I wired the low and high beams to come on together, and the driving lights are wired to the hazzard blinkers, via taillights. ... show more

First off I want to mention that these showed up a few days earlier than expected so that was nice making the shipping very quick. Instructions to assembling these was fair but definitely has room for improvements. Sort of blurry and couldn't really make out what washers were being placed where. Otherwise it went together perfectly. I liked the fact that it comes with red & black plates giving the choice of red, black, or nothing if you want the "Black-horse" to be see through. It comes with a light bar bracket which I constructed my own light bar with red led light pods since I wanted lights from the back and not bright white for the front. The built in taillight is really bright and simple to wire into your existing third brake light. Really the only issue I had and wasn't a big deal was when I was running my light bar wires in the bars (there are pre-drilled holes with grommets on the back bar) there was a big grey fuzzy cushion of some sort at the bottom that I had to fiddle with to get it out of the way for the wires to come though. But once I did that the wires went nicely. Word of caution though, watch the grommets on the wire holes, you can pull the one in from the top while pulling your wire and can loose the bottom one from pulling the wire out. I caught mine so no loss, but be mindful of that. 2 yr. Update: Been two years since I put these on. They are working, but the powder coating isn't holding up against the elements. Arrived in a timely fashion. Damaged and does not fit a ram. Instructions were kinda backwards. Put together and apart 3 times before i actually had it together correctly. Hareware is cheap, metal tubes mediocre. all in all if your gonna blow money on one of these get it from black horse or find a better made one. Also a good thing to point out you need to drill 6,1/2 inch holes in your bed rails to mount this. Also if you do decide to go with this use the provided tools to assemble. If not... well youll figure it out ... show more
