I bought this for my son 2 years ago. We stopped using it 2 years ago because it wasn’t working and it kept going into circles on its own. I just took the Loss because I was already just overwhelmed and didn’t want to go through the packaging and sending back. Months later, it wouldn’t even come on unless the charger was still plugged in. I thought I just didnt have it In long enough but nope! Something is definitely WRONG! We still have it, I just decided to come on here and see if like some replacement batteries were available then I seen other reviews and videos of hoverboards doing the same as ours & decided I write out a review too. That way, I’m added on to the list to help any future customers out by letting you know, These reviews are the truth lol. I honestly thought I just had a bad one or did something wrong! I love the design on the hover board, it looks so much better in person. I like how it sits up straight when you turn it on so you can be balanced when you get on it. The Bluetooth speaker it’s not really that loud, but I guess it’s OK for the use of kids. The flashing lights are really cool, and so far it rides easy. I’m not sure about the battery life, so I’m gonna pay attention to how long he’s able to ride it after a full charge because right now it seems like he’s only able to ride it for about an hour before it dies. The instructions doesn’t state how long it rides with each charge but I’ll look over it again to see if I missed something. But other than that this hover board is great and I’m ordering another for my niece. My son is only 70lbs and this holds up to 160lbs. Ok, I found the riding distance. It’s a pic for you, so he rides at top speed so that’s why. 😂 well we still like it. ... show more

When we bought this hover board it worked pretty good besides the fact that it didn’t turn very well since it doesn’t have an indent in the middle like other hoverboards, and how it was showing in the picture. does not last long. last maybe one 1/12 yrs. sad.... not worth it...spend your money on something worthwhile please and not on junk. my return window and support window has closed. my support window has closed...who does that???? a support window though....really??? even geek squad would at least tell you how much it cost to fix it..geez.... what a ripoff.... ... show more

The charge port and charger to the unit suck our broke on the 2nd day. Now I have to decide to send it back or see if I can get a new charger but if these break so easy I'm not sure its suitable for kids. We love the unit and are ready to order 5 more of these but I wanted to test the unit first. The hoverboard its self works beautifully and the experience of riding it or watch a ride on is other worldly. This product ROCKS! Had our hoverboard 2 years. Then one day out of the blue the charger stopped charging. Well no problem, i will buy a new chargers. Just contact the seller and see if they sell what i need. NOPE. they told me to buy a new hoverboard. That was their colution. Thats not practical, environmental friendly, customer friendly, or smart. .. When i do buy a new hoverboard and its been two years, its about time anyway, it wont be beston. However, turns out i had a different harger that fit. My swagton 5 scooter charger was rated the same and fit. bottom line: AVOID THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE SELLER ... show more
