Assembly instructions were good. Took maybe 2 hours to assemble by myself. Almost entirely particle board. I think the legs are only real wood part. Looks good. Problem is one of the top pieces had several scratches on it. The way it was packed, it had to have been boxed up this way. Couldn't have happened during shipping. Makes me wonder if there's any quality control at the factory. it's way too big and heavy to return and the scratch was on the last piece to be installed, so better to just live with it. Too bad the top is by far the most visible part. If the scratches had been on the side, it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. ... show more

I’m not good at assembling things, so doing it alone took me two hours. The instructions are very detailed and if you lay out everything and follow them you’ll be fine. Lots of storage and looks more expensive than it was. Can’t speak to its durability but it’s what I expected.

I was actually surprised just how easy this was to put together. The instructions said for 2, but I was able to do it myself. (I'm a 70 year-old woman) It's also sturdy and gives me a great storage place for our throws we use when we're watching TV.
