Description
Can I swap the positions of the two pedestals during installation? We understand the desire for flexibility, but the pedestals are designed to be installed in a specific configuration as outlined in the instructions. This ensures stability and optimal use. Why is the desktop made of three pieces? The desktop is crafted in three pieces to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. This approach helps ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. Do you have any installation tips for the desk? For a smoother assembly experience, we suggest having at least two people work together due to the number of components. Can I fully pull out the storage drawers? No. The drawers have a limited extension to ensure stability, particularly when carrying heavy loads. This design prevents tipping and enhances the product's durability and safety, even if it may seem slightly restrictive at times. Easy to put together
Color: Black
Beautiful desk, parts were missing for the file drawer and they have to come from the manufacturing site to be replaced . Customer service is extremely extremely slow

great desk.
Color: White
Great desk. This is perfect for me. I didn't want a big desk, but something that I could use that has drawers to put items in. Also has a locking drawer. There is a charging unit in the upper right hand corner. Very handy. It does have a lot of parts. I paid extra for someone to come to assemble it. The gentleman that came was very nice. He knew what he was doing . He had the desk put together in 3 hours.

Disappointed. “UNABLE TO RETURN ONCE ASSEMBLED” Disappointed
Color: White
I was really excited and looked months for an all white desk- couldn’t find one that was made with wood/ engineered wood, locked, and tall enough. So I settled for this one as I had decided to get white nightstands with a black top for the guest bedroom. You can’t really tell from the sellers photos, but there is a noticeable gab in the top where the 3 pieces connect, it would’ve been better had it been one solid top piece, other than this it looks OK. It did seem cheaply made, but for the price I guess it’s on par. If I could go it again I would’ve waited.

Go throw your money into a fire pit
Color: White
The desk is assembled and the last step is the file drawer. The inside rail is defective. We contacted customer service via email as instructed in the manual and have not received a response. There is no way to return this dumpster fire since the desk is assembled. I wanted a better quality desk. Husband insisted on the cheap one, so this one is trash and I get what I want. My advice do not buy this flaming piece of crap, go buy something second hand that is better quality.

Sturdy SOHO Desk
Color: Black
This is a very nice desk for the price range, but as some have noted, putting it together can be daunting. I felt the instructions were well illustrated and understandable. All the parts are numbered clearly, and almost every type of fastener included extras. The tools supplied include an open wrench that you only need for installing the lock on the lower left drawer; there's an Allen wrench which you'll need for 10 of the fasteners; and a fairly small Phillips screwdriver which would be used for the remaining 128 screws, most of which are self-threading. I can't see finishing the installation using this modest tool without a lot of pain, so I highly recommend the careful use of a power screwdriver. Even then, the estimated assembly time has to be taken with a grain of salt. Just unboxing, inspecting, and counting the panels, ancillary parts, and fasteners that make up this desk can take a bit of time. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, and I was able to get the whole job done by myself in a leisurely five hours, but someone with less skill and no access to power tools may want to consider this an all-day project with someone to help. This desk is a good value, even considering your time invested in building it.
