We like these bags as far as appearance and function go, but my husband is disgusted by the baby powder scent and I don't like it much myself. It's just your basic baby powder scent, so if you like that scent, you're good to go. But I wouldn't have bought scented bags (especially baby powder, which always reminds me of dirty diapers) had I known they were scented. I looked through the product page here and I don't see it mentioned anywhere. If you're going to add a scent to something, choose a light, pretty scent, like a floral scent (NOT lavender. A certain percentage of people - including me - can't stand the smell of lavender. It's been studied). Why anyone would want their stuff to smell like baby powder is beyond me. It's too closely linked to baby poop in my mind. At any rate, the bags work well. The perforation is easy. The pink is lovely. And there's plenty of space left to make a knot. I absolutely love these! We have 3 dogs. I bought the smaller amount first of the purple lavender scented ones just to try them. I’m annoyed I didn’t just get the bigger box. But, you never know. We live in an apartment complex so we of course pick up after our dogs. We like the color because it’s also very clear that we pick up after them. My husband works Night Shift so when I take the dogs out, I put the bags in a little garbage bin outside our door. When he gets home he takes it to the dumpster as I’m not walking by myself all the way to the dark unlit dumpster (safety) in the middle of the night. It’s important that we aren’t stinking up the breezeway for our neighbors. These do the trick. I’ve asked the neighbors and they said it doesn’t bother them and they cannot smell anything. They are thick and the lavender scent is just enough to help hide the scent so you cannot smell it. I bought some cheap ones from the local pet store (should have known better but we needed some) and I have to double bag those (such a waste) and it still stinks. My husband is sensitive to scents and can’t stand the smell of it. Who honestly does? But he can deal with these because he cannot smell anything. We have 3 50lb dogs so you can only imagine. This night sound weird but I use these on vacation. Don't get mad at me..sometimes you need to use something you can throw away later. Like stinky underwear your toddler wore all day...a leaky sunscreen bottle...a wet bar of soap when you're leaving the hotel...all the trash you somehow accumulated on your flight and the flight attendant doesn't want to grab a handful of your used tissues ans gum wrappers. The list could go on, but you get the idea! Don't forget to keep some in your purse in case that person walking by "forgets" to pick up after her dog.     • They're strong enough not to break through when you're picking up the poop.

To pick up dog poop they work very well. I like you little holder I can put on the leash and then when you buy a Large Box. It lasts a long long time. I still got 3/4 with my Box left. And I walk my dog's 3 to 4 times a week.

I got these for when I scoop my cats litter box and they work great but they do have a weird smell. It’s like they added it to try and hide the poop smell as these are poop bags but the smell is too much for me
