Works great! I used it every day and had no issues with the tufting gun. The trimmer that was included did stop working, but after reaching out to customer support from Besgeer, they were able to rectify the issue promptly and sent me a replacement! Great product and cool hobby. You get your money’s worth in this. The instructions are pretty clear for the tufting gun. I’ve tufted about 8 rugs so far and no problems. Just make sure you do the normal maintenance before and after each use.
