I've owned this tool for a while and hadn't had a use for it until I needed to plant a shrub in a border covered by western cedar bark mulch. This type of mulch is expensive in the East and this rake worked perfectly to pull it back quickly from a fairly large area already planted with flowering annuals that were to be removed prior to the planting of the shrub and saved. The little rake made short work of the task and in my mind paid for itself with this one use.

Very well made. I use it for my indoor pellet box. My two small dogs are litter box trained using the horse bedding pine pellets that absorb liquid so much so nothing even get into the bottom of the box. This rake has been invaluable for our doggy boxes.

I got this little rake to help me clean out my raised chicken coop/cage. It is sooooo much nicer and sturdier than I expected! I chose it because I wanted the low profile so it would fit under the heat plate in the brooder, but I honestly didn't really expect much, or care much about the quality. The tines on the rake are very strong and sturdy, and it came packed in its own little box so it wasn't bent or warped. It would be a great little tool to smooth out mulch, or rake leaves or something out of a raised garden bed. Very nice.

This hand rake is a little pricey, but it’s very well made and sturdy, so I think it’s worth it in the long run. Comfortable, nice looking handle and stainless steel tines, looks like it’ll hold up for years.
