My machine burned out after 2 1/2 months. It started to get very very slow and got jammed so I cleaned the dust with a brush and tried again .... the machine literally exploded on my face. I had to use se fire extinguisher on it. Called Amazon and they told me to contact the manufacturer and I did but couldn’t get anyone over the phone and over email they replied saying that they were not accepting emails at that point and that I had so send the email again on another date. Very upsetting ... show more
