I am a fan of the color. Reasonable price. Rolls good. Not too heavy. But was a bit dissatisfied that all 4 pieces aren’t expandable (with second zipper…) was originally under impression all expanded.

Great luggage. I ordered the entire set. Love the fact you can lock each piece of the luggage set. Lots of packing room and the smallest piece is just to cute!! I gave it to my Granddaughter so she can pack her dolls cloths in it. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased these because my old luggage was a tag behind. They are beautiful, locks were a little tricky to reset. Got it done on two of them. Issue with the smallest one, it will not reset. Instructions were very clear on how to do it. As you go along it tell you what to do and wait for a click, set code, push in tab C and wait for a click. It never clicked. Instructions says don't send back but contact customer service for help. There are two methods to do this email and face book. Email does not recognize the address so I tried FB. Got a response right away that they received my request that was 2 days ago. I still have not received any instruction on how to reset or fix the combo lock. Still waiting. Not happy.

My old carry-on has two wheels, and I wanted to try four wheels. Having four rollers definitely makes it much easier! This carry-on rolls very smoothly. However, the only issue is that compared to my old luggage, the amount of things I can put in it is significantly less. So unless you plan a very short trip or have a checked-in luggage, it would be hard to fit everything in this carry-on.
