I do not own an ATV or UTV however can use these with my Kubota backhoe and other equipment for ad hoc lighting as well as for any temporary lighting. We live in a rural place and power outages happen, so these lamps can be used for ad hoc lighting in many different applications. The mounting straps can be affixed to a great many places and the lamp itself rotates for accurate positioning. The three brightness levels of white light and two of red light are perfect for different conditions from seeing details in bright white light to protecting eyes during astronomical field excursions. One is in my car "auxiliary items kit" and the other in a cross-body bag with other instruments and devices for instantaneous use as needed. These are both go-to bags, one of which is in my possession at all times, that contain useful items for many different applications. The construction is very robust, waterproof and powered by a 2200mAh rechargeable 18650 battery. The charging port is under a screw cap for integrity and the entire device is manufactured in a strong aluminum alloy for integrity and the strength to resist deformation. Quite a robust and useful device for only $13 each,.

I got these for my UTV to provide light to the rear cargo area. They do that task very well but can also be used anywhere you need a temporary light source. The velcro strap can fit on any tubing or tree branch up to a couple of inches in daimeter and give you light to work with. The LED's are bright and the housing is very stout. The charging port is protected from the elements and the unit appears to be waterproof, at least against rain. The cost for two of them was very reasonable and they will be seeing quite a bit of use.

The media could not be loaded. I actually have a couple of those older style “2 piece” lights shown in the product illustrations and, while they work, they just feel cheap - plastic housing, require old style micro-usb charging cords and lack of replaceable battery. This light punches all those buttons - aluminum housing, usb-c charging port and a removable battery. The charging port protection is very well done thought out. Rather than a rubber or silicone plug, you unscrew one end of the light to reveal the charging port. The light has high and low settings for both the white and red light. If this light has any shortcomings to me, it would be the lack of memory. The white light is quite bright at night, I would much prefer that it went straight to red. As it is - I just keep the lens covered with my palm as I cycle through to red. This well thought out light is a definite keeper for me!
