Maybe I'm a pill, but I'm a woman that loves great packaging. I feel that the outside reflects the inside. Perfect packaging. Each beautiful mug was packaged separately and securely. Even the outside box was colorful, thick and attractive. The mugs are 100%. They are pure copper, the hammering is dead on. I like the handle and the size of the mugs. The little jigger is nicely tucked into one of the mugs and the straws were taped to the box to prevent loss. Well done! I will be buying more and giving them a Christmas gifts! As a side note.... it is said that copper is the best way to drink water. Proponents extol the virtues of copper being beneficial in heart and digestive health as well as bolstering the immune system. Everyone can do their research, but I believe the benefits of copper are real. These mugs are solid copper, not lined with aluminum, which negates the whole benefit. This is a well made mule mug, the copper seems to be of good quality and the craftmanship is very good. It's quite big but that's how I like it. This allows for a good amount of ice and garnish as is expected in moscow and other mules. I like the packaging, it was thoughtful as well as the accessories it came with. We love these mugs. We bought them to make non-alcoholic Moscow Mules for Dry January. They are easy to clean by hand. (No dishwasher.). Just wipe with a dry cloth. No buffing required. These are made of real copper. The shine is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Updated: Benicci contacted me and apologized for the poor quality of the initial package. They had already issued a refund but sent me another set anyway. I've received the second set and they are significantly better quality. I don't love the handle material used on these but the overall quality is actually quite good and for the price it's actually really good. If you want a quality Mule these mugs do the trick at a great price. I've changed to a 4 star review, loosing 1 star for initial quality control although the customer services was really quite good. I've attached new photos and you can see the quality difference is quite large. Original: These are very low quality, I wonder if they earned the star rating and have started shipping a different product to cash in on cost savings. I've included photos, I took out the first two items both had significant manufacturing defects and the cooper is thin and uneven. I wouldn't drink out of these and I'm surprised to find such a discrepancy between the Amazon description and rating and the product. ... show more

The fit and finish is excellent. Great price for the set as well. Love that the straws are brass and that they even send a brush sized correctly to clean the straws. Can’t beat the value for the money spent. Well done!

These are so amazing. I used them right away and they work so well. They look fantastic and are so easy to use. I didn't realize they came with copper straws and a jigger, so that was a wonderful bonus.
