The can has two built in lights very easy to use inside as I dont have to switch on a light. Came in cool colors can bring on a plane and the light is very helpful. The lights on this cane are great. There's a straight ahead light and then there's a downward light. They both have their uses and together they're very useful. The cane is sturdy and stable. As with all self standing canes whether or not it stands is dependent on the surface you're standing it on and how the feet wear. My one complaint is the Velcro strap used to hold the cane together doesn't last long.. I wish they had used more of an elastic type band. I did have a problem with the battery compartment cover. It was loose and eventually fell off and was lost. This was several months after purchasing the cane. I contacted the seller and they responded the same day. They shipped the lost part for free the day they got my address and I was back in business a couple days later. The new cover isn't even loose like the original. Their customer service team was fast, friendly and eager to help. It's really a great feeling when you deal with customer service people who care about their products and customers. Given my experience with this company, especially in light of my experience with their competitor, they have won a loyal customer.

We had a rather dark walkway to our front door with a small step up onto the porch area. My husband complained often of not being comfortable making the transition. I got him this cane last year for Christmas and he loved it! His pathway was lit up, the cane is comfortable to use. Knocked down a star for one big reason. Even with the bigger foot, this cane falls over when not in use. Within 5 months the light stopped working, which is a big deal as the light was the main attraction. I've ordered another cane since it's gone on sale, hopefully the head light will last longer.

I love the 2 led lights on this cane. I bought this cane to use while on vacation in DC. I used it during our night time tour of the monuments. I have mobility issues as well as depth perception problems. This cane helped me greatly to walk around outside to view all of the monuments & tourist spots. I also like that it is collapsible & fitted easily into my luggage. The pink color of the cane was nice too.

Ordered for my elderly father who refused to use a cane even when he needed one. He loves flashlights so ordered him this one with lights. I can't tell you how convenient those lights are for him. One lights down to his feet and the other forward. Can turn in independently or together. Easy access button makes turning on the lights a snap. Was impressed with the sturdiness and beauty of the cane (we ordered red). He is finally using a cane after receiving this one. This was a perfect choice for him. Well pleased!

I really wanted to love this cane. At the beginning it worked pretty well overall. If the cylinder where the batteries are stored came a little loose, the light wouldn't work right. That was easily fixed by screwing it back in. Now, if the cane is touched, bumped, or moved in any way, the light shuts off. So you can use the light or cane portion, but not both at the same time. So this makes it pretty useless as a light up cane to use in the dark. It also doesn't stand up well on it's own. I am really disappointed. It was a great concept. Buyer beware.
