Periodically had to use a cane for hip issues, I found myself now having to use one all the time. I wore out my HurryCane, which I loved. This one caught my eye, mostly because it was foldable. I like the Bling around the top, wide bottom and the Velcro strap, so if you need to strap it to your bedside, it’s reachable. I didn’t necessarily care about the lights, but they sure have came in handy! I read some stated that the lights didn’t work after the cane had been dropped, believe me, mine has been dropped 100’s of times and the lights are still going strong! It also has a wrist strap, be sure to put it around your hand so not only you won’t lose the cane but it prevents it from falling to floor. I had to use a cane after my knee replacement surgery. The concept saddened me, so I ordered this cute one to make it better for my soul! I worried that it may not be sturdy because it was foldable, and I was wrong. This is very sturdy and cute (for a cane). The three-way flashlight is clever and helpful for getting up in the middle of the night. I wholeheartedly recommend this cane to anyone who needs one. I love the flashlight attachment! Great for wandering around the house at night without having to turn on lights. Good sturdy cane that survives falling to the ground when I lose my grip. My only complaint is that sometimes when I push the button to turn on the light it doesn't work; have to push several times before I can get the light to turn on. Easy to assemble and very stylish. The flashlight is an added bonus for safe visibility in dimly lit areas. The cane is a bit finicky and does not stand alone consistently, especially on carpet/area rugs. Although, as many times as it has fallen over, I'm surprised the flashlight still currently works. I wanted to like this cane because the light is truly handy...the problem is that it does not stay on while I am walking. The minute it is jarred even slightly it turns off. (This seems to be an issue with the switch, but it is hard to say. I have played with the contacts to make sure it isn't a matter of intermittent battery contact, but that doesn't seem to be the issue at all.) The cane itself is pretty and seems sturdy when I am walking with it on a sidewalk or carpet. In the kitchen it has become a bit of a hazard because if there is a wet spot or a bit of something slippery from cooking, there is not enough contact with the floor to keep it from sliding. A couple of times it has tried to slide while my weight was on it. It also squeaks like it it haunted when I have to bear weight on it. I want the base to be just a little wider so that it doesn't wobble over at the slightest touch. ... show more

I had another of these canes and after only a couple weeks, I lost it. I loved it but decided to try another brand to see how it was. It was the same color and had a light, but with a pivoting capability that I thought might be nice. ( It was a nice addition but the foot kept falling off after a couple hundred steps.
