The sizing estimate on Belly Bandit's website was correct. I should have taken their advice, but I felt so much larger I got the size up and kinda regretted it. My friends that needed c-sections swear by this product, I got one just in case. Even though I got the larger size I would recommend it. I'm a pre pregnancy size 16 maybe an 18-20 now 3 weeks post. I ordered an XL and it was far too large. Have to order the large soon and I'm sure that will fit much better.
