I have it a three because when I put it on it feels great but it rolls up and down and my fat role end up sticking out anyways. The Velcro works great and that doesn’t usually come undone however I don’t like the way it rolls. Mostly after a surgery, the wound needs to heal and need to be exposed to air. This is a breathable material which helps a bit.
