The media could not be loaded. I really like the finished product after putting it together. I assembled it 95% by myself but needed help connecting two parts. It took me @ five hours but with saying that I stopped in between. I would suggest have plenty of patience, line all the pieces up first keep all the nuts and bolts in the packages and only take out the ones you need because it’s a lot of nuts and bolts. I used a cordless drill but be careful not to tighten them too tight. It made it much faster but take your time. The instructions were perfect! I didn’t have to take anything a part. I used the exact parts based on each instructions. Once you’re done you’ll love it. Nice addition to my woman cave. As far as anything negative I got nothing. Everything was in the box, it was packaged nicely and the fireplace was in a separate box. Just remember the fireplace box has glass in it. It turned out perfect, gives off excellent heat and adds a nice ambiance to my women cave. I love all the different color patterns and I love that it has a turn off timer if I fall asleep. The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together. I added my own LED lights. Love how it came with white circle stickers to cover the bolts. Someone mentioned that their doors were crooked, but you can adjust them as showed on the instructions. Was it worth 400? No, but it is sturdy and it does look nice. It’s a nice shiny finish. Took me 2 hours. The LEDS lights that comes with it is in the fireplace box. Which I didn’t open till my tv center was put together. The lights that I added was 9ft long. Enjoy! The media could not be loaded. This stand is awesome! Super easy to put together, no chips or scratches. Doesn’t come with any tools but the hardware is sorted perfectly. Even comes with a few spares. I was searching for a fireplace tv stand for quite some time. I am so pleased with this purchase. The only downside I have found to this is that the “flames/fire” are VERY unrealistic and there’s not enough crystals. This thing is sturdy and is not going anywhere. This is the worst fire place i ever bought. The heater cannot run for 0 minute. With out it beeps within 2 minutes of continuous beeps the surge protector trip. it smells like something was burning. It is a good thing i have the surge protector. It shut down the power to the tv and fireplace. I get in touch with belleze. Com one guy send me another but it was the same problem when i emailed them and told them it is the same problem even video tape the beeping sound for them to hear. After that i started to get the run around. This annoying defective fire place could have cost me my home but thanks be to God it never happen. ... show more
