Got 75% of the way done setting up the whole thing up and noticed the top board was damaged out of the box. Tried to contact the seller and sent pictures for replacement help but was told by a woman on the phone there was nothing she could do. Beautiful entertainment set but terrible customer service. Was very easy to assemble. Instructions say two people but I did it by myself in about two hours. Really nice and sturdy, has a lot of different color options for the fireplace. I love that you can have it on without the heater.

This entertainment center is everything I wanted!! Super heavy, and really good quality! My only complaint is that I had to put it together! A little over 2 hours but that’s with breaks and a quick lunch. Love it!!!’

My boyfriend bought this on his amazon account. But it came in 2 boxes. Fireplace first then the entertainment stand the next day, both by FedEx. I started to put it together myself (I’m a petite woman). I started at 330, only needing help a few times, and a break for dinner, we finished around 8. I tightened everything by hand and the doors were a bit tricky to get them straight. But it was well worth it. It heats up fast, and looks very expensive put together. Our tv is wall mounted so I can’t speak for sturdiness with a tv, but it looks great under it. Definitely worth the money and long assembly time. ... show more
