This was very easy to put together and well made. Not only was I able to put my DVDs away in the cabinet section, it doesn't have a long section underneath the TV, what I call wasted space. There's more space in the cabinet area. The fireplace heats my bedroom beautifully and you can even adjust the temperature. It's also quite realistic and makes a cozy feature in my bedroom. This was packed very well. It is sturdy and went together with no problems. It does have a lot of pieces though (38 screws just to attach the back, so be prepared with a good screwdriver). I only requested help when it was time to put the top on, but it would have been doable on my own. There’s a good amount of storage in it too. Unfortunately after putting the whole thing together, the fireplace unit didn’t work correctly. I contacted the company right away and they sent me a replacement unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another from this company if the need arises. ... show more

So first off let me start with something positive. The tv stand is very nice for the price and it was decently easy to assemble. I love to have the fire place heater as it really ties the look together and it’s nice to have a heater built in to the tv stand. But the quality is not so great as to why I gave the 4 star rating. Half way in to assembly the side panels fell apart and I had to fix it with a couple of screws. Then the door magnets are not strong enough to hold the door closed. I had to loosen the hinges in order to make the doors stay closed and when you move the tv stand the doors fly open. I feel the price is a little to high for this quality. But over all it’s a great purchase and I love it. ... show more

We do not have a fireplace in our house, so this was the next best thing! My husband spent about 2 hours building it by himself, and said it was simple. Even tho they suggested 2 people to put it together , I did it myself in 2 hours . The instructions were perfect and easy to follow and everything was fitting nicely . It looks beautiful and gives good heat . Super happy with my purchase ! Can only recommend it .

When purchasing this, I could not find any good reviews with a dark floor. So I wanted to put this up for anyone with a dark wood floor to see the contrast in color. We are going to replace the top so it matches our floor, but it’s a good product for the kids game room.
