I wish the cord was a little longer as it barely reaches to the top of my lingerie chest where I use the charger. Update: Initially I found this charger hard to use, but have gotten used to it. It would still be better if there was a pinpoint light like on other models, but it does work. This item is poorly designed. It has no indicator to tell you your battery is properly positioned on the charger, and it will not charge if you don’t get it just right. I have another Belkin charging pad with a light and sound signal that indicate it is charging. This one has a barely discernible sound that you may hear even when your battery is not in charging range. It’s like you got close to the right position but your phone landed just a little bit off. I would not buy this item again, and I would not recommend it to a friend. ... show more

I have purchased two of these chargers for my partner and I. I’ve been using mine for over 6 months now and I have yet to have an issue. I always have a case on my phone and this charger has worked fine with both my black Incipio Duo case and my clear Insignia case. Because I use it on my nightstand to charge my iPhone 11 overnight, I couldn’t tell you how fast it is. As long as I place my phone on the pad correctly (signaled by the blip noise from my phone), it is completely charged when I wake. Hope this helps! ... show more

To sensitive. You have to have the charger just right without the case for ut to charge. If it's not centered perfect it will not charge.
