I've had this charger over 3 years and it has worked great every time. No issues whatsoever. I use it every month for air travel and more. It charges my iphone, earbuds and ipad super fast and lasts a long time on one charge. Its lightweight, slim and great for anytime you need it. Just returned from an international trip where we brought this and attempted to use it. It only works intermitendly and on one of our phones we needed to remove the slim case to even get it to connect. Have no issues connecting this phone it its case with other charging cables. Even holding it very still so as not to disturb the connection, it turns itself off and stops charging your device. We are those sad people who unfortunately missed our return window by a day. Wow! This saved our butts on a recent trip to Argentina. We were on flights that didn't have wifi connections, and then in an airport where there was no place to charge our phones. My spouse didn't want "to drag another piece of equipment" on our trip but he certainly appreciated this "piece of equipment". :) We were able to charge both of our iPhones and the charger still had 75% battery left. This charger is GREAT - charges multiple devices, relatively portable, but heavy. If you want something with lots of bang, this is it. If you want something smaller than your phone to just carry for the day, this is too big and heavy for that.
