It does not have the correct connector for my iPhone 13mini. Customer service doesn’t want to help with the implication that I am not technical enough. They made me mad. So I didn’t get a fix for it not being able to charge my iPhone. It does charge my iPad in my car as I am driving on a road trip all across the Pacific Northwest. But it was hard to get it recharged. The little connect cords are like arms and the do not fit in the charger and stiffly dangle. If I weren’t on a 4,000 mile trip I would return it. The instruction sheets are terrible and the font must be 6 point - maybe smaller. ... show more

My battery of my recent phone lasts pretty long, but occasionally not long enough. Or one of the people on a trip needs a charge. The inclusion of a standard USB-C and an Apple connector is cleverly implemented. I have even recharged the battery of my Nikon D780 DSLR in-camera after taking videos which use much more power than taking pictures. This had been a great power bank but after 1 year both the USB C and the lightning charger both stopped working. Also, with the change in Iphone from lightning it is a bit obsolete and would be better with C ports. I will give it another try but have my concerns.

The shape of this thing just makes me happy. Also that it can power things with a USB - c or an apple iphone - makes it really useful. You do need to push the button to charge - plugging your phone into this battery doesn't do anything unless you push the (sleek and nice) little button.
