This is a great product! The fabric is soft and very firm. It offers strong compression and does not fall down your arm while wearing it, even under clothes. I like the partial hand model as the similar compression sleeve that ends just before the wrist tends to make my wrist and hand swell. I didn’t have that problem with this model. I use this to prevent swelling while flying or driving long distances. I am a breast cancer survivor with a bilateral mastectomy and lymph node removal, and anything you can do to prevent swelling of the arms is great. Sleeve is too snug for me, rolls at wrist and elbow - uncomfortable. I have purchased several from different suppliers and most have worked for me, this will not. Looks like it's well made, just not stretchy enough or the cut was too small.

Sizing is way off. Fabric is thick and would probably work week for compression, but the thickness made it to difficult to get on with out rolling/bunching. Couldn’t keep it on long bc of pain.
