These pillow cases work great on the travel size my pillows. They are smooth with a silky feel and cool to the touch which was what I was looking for. I wash them inside out and in a garnet bag so I can easily pull out when tossing my other items into the dryer. I have put these in the dryer on low heat by themselves and have not noticed any shrinkage. They have the end envelope style flap so that the pillows can be tucked in and stay inside the case. I have not experienced any of the pillows coming out so very happy with that. Highly recommend and have already bought another set of these in another color. One thing to mention is the dark grey has a slight purple tint to it. Other than color tint these are great quality for the price and they have sales occasionally on some colors so if you are not in a rush keep an eye out for a sale. Arrived in extremely eco friendly packaging... a large CARDBOARD envelope... no plastic at all. In fact, without reading the name, I'd have no idea what's in the envelope. The two pillowcases are folded into quarters, and are indeed cool to touch. I just happen to have two new pillows to try them on. And actually these pillowcases I ordered I slightly oversized for these "ortho" pillows. But that doesn't matter. I also received merchant communication through Amazon from the merchant, complete with care and installation (yes, installation) instructions for their product. According to Amazon, these have a serial number? So I guess they do want to track ownership for some reason. :) Anyway, it's good so far, and if there's any change I'll be back with a long-term report. ... show more

I really like these pillowcases, and especially because the price is so great. I watched GMA steals and deals and ended up buying a very expensive silk pillowcase around the same time as I bought these. I actually prefer these because of several reasons: 1. they are cool to sleep against, I have night sweats and these are great to cool my face, 2. they are really comfortable and silky against your skin, 3. the price is fantastic and you get two, 4. they have a little piece on the end that sort of goes over your pillow so it keeps it in the pillowcase. The more expensive brand was made of real silk and my facial moisturizing cream sort of stuck to it making it feel a little uncomfortable to sleep against it and left stain marks on it. While that one did claim the silk made you get less wrinkles (not sure about that and if true) and it did have a zippered end so pillow stayed in place, it was 4 times the price and I really do prefer this one made from Rayon. I stopped using the silk one and now just use these. They are easy to wash and have held up well (have had for a couple of months). I would definitely buy them again. ... show more

I recently purchased a pillow that is filled with memory foam. I love the pillow; however, I was sleeping very hot on on it...like, waking up with a wet head from sweat. Out of desperation, I purchased this cooling pillowcase, unsure if it would really make a difference. It really did! Got the cases and immediately washed them. Out of the dryer, material feels like spandex and rubber in the hands. Very soft and stretchy. But material does not stretch at all. I have had these almost 2 years. I bought them for pillowcases to use at my boyfriend’s house. Initially they felt good and I liked them but after 2 years they feel almost like a canvas material. So needless to say I have bought some new satin ones for me to use instead. I still gave these 4 stars because they are a good quality and are not falling apart.
