I love these satin pillowcases; I keep buying them for myself, my husband, and for gifts. I know it says you are supposed to line dry them, but to be honest, I don't. I wash and dry them turned inside out so that they don't abrade against other things in the wash and wear out faster. I was concerned at first that in the summer it would be too hot for me, but so far over the years it hasn't been an issue. (I first ordered a pair of these in July of 2018) I was also worried that since polyester isn't really absorbent like cotton that it would let excess oil from my face stay there and maybe make my acne worse but that hasn't been an issue at all either. They do the job of reducing the amount of hair breakage overnight spectacularly. As for longevity- I bought lavender ones in October of 2019 just because I loved the color and switched to using the second one earlier this year (2022) not because the first one was worn totally out exactly, but it did get a few snagged threads. For reference, I wash all my bedding once a week with warm-hot water, free and clear detergent, and oxi-clean. Tumble dry normal heat and the free and clear dryer sheets, too. I know that's not optimal treatment of the fabric but it holds up for a long-ass time anyway. My most recent purchase I decided to get my husband some nice red ones because his beard is meaner to the satin than my face. ;D

These are really nice pillow cases, they fit perfectly, they look great and yeah, your hair doesn't get messed up if you go to bed with it wet or anything. Unfortunately, I found the exact same thing at our local Dollar Store in three different colors for 99 cents each! So now I have these and three other sets of two, which makes my bed set look pretty cool. I just wish I had shopped around a little bit before I spent almost 10 bucks on two pillowcases.

This pillow case is awesome, game changer! I feel much more comfortable when going to bed w/o a bonnet or hair scarf on and for all my curly or 4C hair people if you know then you know. This pillow is great it’s very easy to wash and mantua nice had it for a few months now and I plan to order another two for the bed, the color has yet to fade, it’s soft. Packaging was great it didn’t come with any odd smells. Do yourself a favor and put it that order, very inexpensive and worth the try!

I’ve noticed such a difference in my hair! My old pillow cases would gather a decent amount of my hair and I haven’t lost any since switching to these. Only giving 4 stars because the one time I fell asleep in my makeup it stained the pillow case. Probably my fault because I shouldn’t be sleeping in makeup anyway BUT regardless these are worth the $!

Honestly colors are amazing and vibrant, they keep color after over 2 years of having em and washing my bedding twice a week, soft, and works extremely well with keeping my curly hair frizz to a enormous minimum which is the whole reason I even use silk and satin pillowcases.

I was afraid the material would be too hot but surprisingly it’s not and it’s pretty soft, and as far as the wrinkles you can kind of see from how it was folded in the packaging but it’s not too noticeable I’m sure over time they’ll wear off.

This pillow case was used for my 4-6 month old due to bald spots on his hair. It helped get rid of the bald spot and it was worth the money. Its so soft and it doesn't get those fuzzy dots on it after multiple washes.
